Typically, I love to showcase my adorable clients, and (when applicable), their family/sibling connections. I always leave it up to parents whether they want photos posted to my portfolio or exclusive social media platforms. You may complete this form whether you purchased photos or not. 

Please note, that even if you sign this model release form, if at any time you change your mind, please just let me know, no questions asked, and I'll be happy to remove any images of your child off my portfolio. As a parent myself, I know that circumstances can change, so please don't feel like this is a permanent decision.
